Great place for a gathering. Friendly staff. Clean and fairly easy to find. We did an All Company meeting with about 200 people and all went off like clockwork. AV Resources were good and staff helpful. We were told they do dinners, wedding receptions, etc. Based out experience we are considering doing our Employee Appreciation Dinner here next year.

Excellent Experience

Our wedding reception at the Forum Conference Center was beautiful! They were so flexible with allowing us to do things the way we wanted it done and were there to assist when we asked them to. Not only were the people there helpful, but the space itself was perfect for accommodating our large families. I was very pleased with everything at the Forum and have absolutely no complaints. We are conveniently located off of I-69 in Fishers at Exit 205 Corporate Park. We have easy access to 465 and are just a quick trip from the airport. Our location offers ample parking space for your guests and quick trips to and from local hotels.

We have a list of exclusive caterers at FORUM.  Please contact us for catering guidelines.

Our room rental costs along with the additional $4/person include tables, chairs, buffets, cocktail tables (any needed by caterer and other vendors, etc). This also includes a personal venue coordinator on the day of your event to ensure all vendors are arriving and that the space is ready for your big event.

Absolutely. We receive great deals on top of the line linens from www.linenhero.com. Check them out and remember that FORUM receives discounted prices from what you see listed!

We require all social events, including weddings, to have an event insurance policy that covers $500,000 on the day of the event. You can get this through homeowners insurance or online at www.wedsafe.com. This policy covers all liability for the host including broken windows, damaged artwork, damaged carpet, equipment, furniture, etc.
